K’WA Refund Policy

All K’WA drops are produced in limited quantities.  
As a result, **all sales are final** — we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns unless your product arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us at hello@kwa.coffee within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Please note:
- We do not offer refunds for capsule taste preferences.
- We do not offer refunds for limited merch once shipped.
